These pipes find extensive application in daily life, serving as medical catheters, pneumatic tubes, exhaust pipes, and soft drink hoses. All machines can be fabricated from stainless steel, guaranteeing a safer and healthier production setting essential for crafting medical-grade hoses.

Process Flow:
PVC pellets → Hopper → Single Screw Extruder → Mould → Cooling Tank/Vacuum Calibration Machine → Tractor Machine → Cutting Machine→ Stacker
1.Single Screw Extruder. Ensures stable screw pressure, providing uniform plasticizing and shearing, which allows the material in the screw to fully form in a perfectly molten state.
2.Die Head. Capable of producing pipe diameters ranging from 4 to 16mm
3.Water Cooling Tank/Vacuum Tank,facilitates rapid and precise forming of tubes.
4.Tractor Machine: Gently pulls the tube toward the cutter or winder
5.Cutter/Winder: Customizable to each client's specific needs, we can integrate either a winder machine or cutting machine at the production line's end. We can cut to any specified length according to your requirements.
6.Stacker: Efficiently stores the finished soft pipes, ready for dispatch.
