The machine is used to produce single wall corrugated pipe by PE PVC PP or PA Nylon Materials. This kind of corrugated pipe is always 10-50mm diameters, popular used in machine tool, machine building, eledtric insulation protection system, electric automatic control system, public traffic equipment, metor, electric locomotive and air-conditioner equipment, etc.

The high speed corrugated pipe machinery features:
1. High speed high efficiency extruder, 20% less power than normal type but 20kg/h higher output. Our 45/28 high speed high efficiency extruder could meet 30~40kg/h, it is enough to support 15m/min for 10-50mm diameter corrugated pipe. if you need to produce larger pipe, we also have AFE75 high speed extruder, which can produce 50~150mm corrugated pipe.

2. Good design and good quality forming machine. Gear driven and 100% covered water cooling system for forming machine to support high speed running.

3. Automatic winder, it could meets 15m/min speed coiling.
